Watches, rings and apps
What each one brings.
Some bring your workouts and nights into Ando, some show your glucose on your wrist, some do both.
| App or device | What Ando reads | Your glucose shows | Platform |
|---|---|---|---|
| Garmin | Activities with heart rate, elevation and route; sleep | On your watch during workouts, with the Ando Glucose field; in Garmin Connect after | iPhone and Android |
| Apple Watch and Apple Health | Workouts and sleep | In the Smart Stack while Live runs (iOS 18) | iPhone |
| Galaxy Watch and Pixel Watch | Pixel Watch workouts and sleep through Fitbit | In the Live notification, mirrored to the watch | Android |
| WHOOP | Workouts and sleep | In Ando, next to your WHOOP data | iPhone and Android |
| Oura | Sleep and workouts | In Ando, next to your Oura nights | iPhone and Android |

How it fits together
One sensor login, then the apps you like.
Your sensor app keeps doing its job: reading your sensor, handling alerts, uploading readings to your sensor maker’s cloud. Ando reads your glucose from there, the way a follower would, and never changes anything on your sensor.
Your watch, ring, band and Strava bring the rest: workouts and nights. If two of them record the same workout or night, Ando keeps one, in an order you can change. Then everything lines up on one timeline: the curve on each workout, the stages under each night, the daily and weekly wraps, and Live when you want a glance.
FAQ
Questions people ask
Which CGM sensors work with Ando?
Dexcom G7, G6 and ONE+ through Dexcom Share, FreeStyle Libre 2 and 3 through LibreLinkUp, Medtronic Simplera and Guardian through CareLink, Medtrum TouchCare Nano through EasyFollow, and any sensor you upload to your own Nightscout site.
Do I need a watch?
No. Your sensor is enough to see your glucose, your daily and weekly wraps and Live on your phone. A watch, ring, band or Strava adds your workouts and nights, which is where the context comes from.
Do I need to pair anything?
No. Ando reads your glucose from your sensor maker’s cloud, so there is nothing to pair with your sensor and nothing to change in your sensor app.
Does Ando work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Some features follow the platform: Apple Health, the Dynamic Island and the Apple Watch Smart Stack on iPhone; the live notification and Wear OS watches on Android. Garmin, Strava, WHOOP, Oura and Fitbit work on both.
My sensor or watch is not listed. What can I do?
During sign-up, choose “Something else” and tell us which sensor you use; you can look around with sample data meanwhile. Or write to support@ando.care.
