FAQ

Questions people ask

When does the weekly wrap arrive?

Every Monday, for the week from Monday to Sunday in your time zone. It lands in the app and in your inbox, with a notification if you allow them.

What is in the weekly wrap?

Your average glucose compared with the week before, time in range, lows and variability, the week’s curve with each day’s average, and your workouts of the week with their time in range.

What is the daily wrap?

A one-page summary of each day: time in range, average, lows and variability against your 7-day average, the 24-hour curve, the day’s highlights, each workout and meal with its time in range, and the night after.

Why did I not get a weekly wrap?

A wrap needs enough data to mean something: your sensor has to have covered most of the week, at least five days out of seven. Wraps are part of the membership.

How are lows counted?

A low counts when glucose stays under 70 mg/dL (3.9 mmol/L) for at least 15 minutes, and a new one only counts 30 minutes after the previous one ended.
