Hi, I'm Tom, Tom T1D on social. A few months ago I built a small tool to see my CGM data on top of my Strava runs. Hundreds of you tried it, from all around the world.

The same questions kept coming back: why this spike after sushis? Why that unexplained 3pm crash? Our CGM apps show us what happened, rarely why.

So I kept building. Ando is the all in one dashboard I wished I had. It connects the apps you already use and helps you understand what really moves your glucose: food, sport, sleep, stress, cycles, life.
