The night view

Two lines, one night.

Your glucose runs from an hour before you fall asleep to an hour after you wake. Under it, a lane shows when you were in deep, light or REM sleep or awake, for trackers that send a stage timeline. Slide along the night to see both at the same moment.

The day it belongs to

The night after, in every daily wrap.

Each daily wrap ends with the night after: how long you slept and how much of the night stayed in range, next to the workouts and meals of the day before.

Read your nights

Shapes worth knowing.

A flat line, a slow drift down after a long run, a gentle rise before waking, a hump after a late dinner, a sharp dip that bounces back when you roll over: overnight curves have a handful of common shapes.

Our articles explain them in plain words: how to read your overnight line and compression lows, the dip that comes from lying on your sensor.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Which sleep trackers does Ando work with?

Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, Fitbit (including Pixel Watch) and, on iPhone, Apple Health, which covers the Apple Watch and other apps that write sleep to it.

What does a night show in Ando?

Your glucose from an hour before you fall asleep to an hour after you wake, with your sleep stages, the night’s time in range, total sleep, deep, REM and light sleep, and, depending on the tracker, efficiency and disturbances.

I wear two trackers. Which night does Ando keep?

One per night. By default WHOOP comes first, then Oura, Garmin, Fitbit and Apple Health, and you can change the order in the app.

Does Ando import sleep from a Galaxy Watch?

Not today. Galaxy Watch users can still see their glucose on the watch with Live, and import workouts through Strava or other supported apps.

Can I log a night by hand?

Yes. Add a sleep entry with its start and end time and Ando shows your overnight glucose for it, without stages.

Does Ando tell me how to sleep better?

No. Ando shows your nights and your glucose side by side so you can notice your own patterns. It makes no health claims and gives no advice.
