Workouts

Every Fitbit activity, with its glucose curve.

Walks, runs, rides, workouts: your Fitbit activities come into Ando with their glucose curve, from two hours before to an hour after, plus time in range, average, duration, distance and calories.

  • Add the carbs you took and see them on the curve
  • Share a session as a Moment card

Sleep

Deep, light and REM, next to your night.

Fitbit sleep comes in with its stage timeline. Ando lays it under your overnight glucose, so you can slide along the night and see both at once, with the night’s time in range and efficiency at the top.

  • Works with Pixel Watch through Fitbit
  • Night time in range at a glance

FAQ

Questions people ask

Can I see my Dexcom or Libre glucose on my Fitbit?

Ando does not put your glucose on a Fitbit tracker’s screen. It brings your Fitbit workouts and sleep into the Ando app, next to your glucose. If you wear a Pixel Watch, Ando’s Live notification can show your glucose on the watch.

Does Fitbit measure glucose?

No. Fitbit devices measure things like heart rate, steps and sleep, not glucose. Ando brings in the glucose from the CGM sensor you wear.

Which Fitbit data does Ando use?

Your activities, with heart rate, calories and distance, and your sleep, with deep, light and REM stages and efficiency.

When does my Fitbit data update in Ando?

Right after you connect, and then whenever you open Ando, at most every few minutes. Your glucose keeps syncing in the background either way.

Does it work with a Pixel Watch?

Yes. Pixel Watch workouts and sleep reach Ando through Fitbit, and the Live notification from your Android phone can show your glucose on the watch.
