What Ando adds to your FreeStyle Libre

Your glucose, back in the context of your life.

Every workout

Your Libre curve on every session.

Ando lines up your Libre glucose with every run, ride, swim or gym session from Garmin, Apple Health, Strava, WHOOP, Oura or Fitbit. Each workout gets its curve from before the start to an hour after, with time in range and average.

  • Nothing to log, nothing to scan into another app
  • Add gels, drinks or bars and see them on the line

On your wrist

Libre on your Garmin, Apple Watch or Galaxy Watch.

The Ando Glucose data field shows your Libre glucose on a Garmin during workouts and charts it in Garmin Connect. Live puts it on your iPhone lock screen and Apple Watch, or in an Android notification that reaches Galaxy and Pixel watches.

  • Garmin Forerunner, fēnix, epix, Venu, vívoactive, Instinct
  • Apple Watch Smart Stack with iOS 18

Strava and nights

On your Strava posts and against your sleep.

Each Strava activity gets a glucose block with time in range, average, minimum and maximum. Each night, your sleep stages from Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, Apple Watch or Fitbit sit next to your overnight Libre curve.

No Garmin app from Abbott? Use LibreLinkUp.

As of October 2026, Abbott doesn’t offer a Garmin app for the FreeStyle Libre. Ando gets there through LibreLinkUp, the same sharing you would use for family: your Libre app uploads your readings, Ando reads them, and the Ando Glucose data field shows them on your watch during the workout. Afterwards, Garmin Connect charts your glucose next to your pace and heart rate.

No third-party sensor reader, no tinkering: your Libre app keeps doing its job, and Ando does the rest.
