Workouts

Your glucose on every workout. Without lifting a finger.

Record as usual. Ando picks up every run, ride, swim and session from the apps you already use and lines it up with your glucose: before, during and after.

How it works

Nothing to start, nothing to log.

  1. Connect once

Your sensor, and the apps that record your workouts: Garmin, Apple Health, Strava, WHOOP, Oura or Fitbit.

  2. Move

Run, ride, lift, swim, play. Record it the way you always do.

  3. Open the workout

It arrives in Ando by itself, with your glucose curve and stats, usually within minutes.

The curve

Before, during and after.

Each workout shows your glucose from up to three hours before the start to an hour after the end, with the session highlighted. Slide along the line to see the value at any moment, next to time in range, average, distance, pace and calories.

  • Heart rate, elevation and speed alongside, with Strava or Garmin
  • Your route, visible only to you

Fuel

The carbs you took, on the line.

Log a gel, a drink, a bar or food on any workout. The amount is enough, the time is optional: a timed entry becomes a marker on the curve, an untimed one covers the whole session. Breakfast before and the recovery drink after show too, outlined, without counting in the workout’s total.

  • 5 to 200 g per entry
  • Private to you, never written to Strava

Moments

Turn a session into a story.

Every workout has a Share tab with Moment cards made from your real data: time, distance, pace, time in range, average, minimum and maximum, with your glucose curve and a photo of your choice. Post them to Instagram Stories, a group chat or your camera roll.

  • Ten card styles
  • Your photo as the background

Where workouts come from

The apps you already use.

Connect one or several. If two of them record the same workout, Ando keeps one.

Every sport

Running, cycling, lifting, padel and the rest.

Ando takes any activity type your apps send: running and trail, road and indoor cycling, pool and open-water swimming, walks and hikes, strength and HIIT, yoga and pilates, padel, tennis and team sports, skiing, rowing and more. Nothing recorded? Add a workout by hand.

Curious why the same session can leave very different lines? Read why glucose goes up, or down, during exercise. Specific setups for running and cycling have their own pages.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Do I need to start anything before a workout?

No. Record your workout the way you always do, with your watch, ring, band or phone. When it reaches Garmin, Apple Health, Strava, WHOOP, Oura or Fitbit, Ando picks it up and adds your glucose.

Which sports does Ando support?

All of them. Ando takes any activity type your apps send: running, cycling, swimming, walking, hiking, strength, HIIT, yoga, padel and other racket sports, team sports, skiing, rowing and more. You can also add a workout by hand.

What does a workout show in Ando?

Your glucose curve from before the start to an hour after, with time in range, duration, average glucose, distance, pace or speed, calories and the carbs you logged. With Strava or Garmin you also get heart rate, elevation and speed alongside, and your route.

I record the same workout on two devices. Will it show twice?

No. Ando keeps one entry per workout. By default Strava comes first, then WHOOP, Garmin, Oura, Fitbit and Apple Health, and you can change the order in the app.

How do I log carbs on a workout?

Open the workout and tap Add carbs. Enter the amount, pick gel, drink, bar or food, and optionally the time. Timed entries show as markers on the curve; entries up to three hours before or an hour after are shown too, without counting in the workout’s total.

Can I share a workout?

Yes. Every workout has a Share tab with ready-made Moment cards: your stats, your glucose curve and a photo if you like, for Instagram Stories, a group chat or your camera roll.
