Workouts

The strain, and what your glucose did.

Strength sessions, runs, rides, HIIT, padel: every workout WHOOP records comes into Ando on its own. Each one gets its glucose curve, from two hours before to an hour after, with time in range and average next to duration, distance and calories.

  • Arrives automatically
  • Add the carbs you took and see them on the curve

Sleep

Every night, stage by stage.

Ando shows your WHOOP sleep, with deep, light and REM, efficiency and disturbances, next to your glucose from an hour before you fall asleep to an hour after you wake. The night’s time in range sits at the top.

  • Deep, light, REM and awake time
  • Sleep efficiency and disturbances

FAQ

Questions people ask

Does WHOOP measure glucose?

No. A WHOOP band measures things like heart rate and sleep, not glucose. Ando brings in the glucose from the CGM sensor you wear and lines it up with your WHOOP workouts and sleep.

Which WHOOP data does Ando use?

Your workouts and your sleep: workout times, heart rate, calories and distance, and sleep stages, efficiency and disturbances. Ando does not import recovery or strain scores.

Does it work with my Dexcom or FreeStyle Libre?

Yes. Ando works with Dexcom G7, G6 and ONE+, FreeStyle Libre 2 and 3, Medtronic Simplera and Guardian, Medtrum TouchCare Nano and Nightscout.

How quickly do WHOOP workouts show up in Ando?

WHOOP tells Ando when a workout or a night is ready, and Ando also checks regularly in the background. The glucose curve fills in as soon as your sensor’s readings for that time are in.

I also wear a Garmin or an Oura ring. Will I see everything twice?

No. When two sources record the same workout or night, Ando keeps one. By default WHOOP comes first for sleep, and you can change the order in the app.
