What Ando adds to your Medtrum

Your glucose, back in the context of your life.

Every workout

Your Medtrum curve on every session.

Ando lines up your Medtrum glucose with every workout from Garmin, Apple Health, Strava, WHOOP, Oura or Fitbit. Each one gets its curve from before the start to an hour after, with time in range and average.

  • Arrives on its own
  • Add the carbs you took and see them on the curve

On your wrist

Medtrum on Garmin, Apple Watch and Wear OS.

The Ando Glucose data field shows your Medtrum glucose on a Garmin during workouts. Live puts it on your iPhone lock screen and Apple Watch, or in an Android notification that reaches Galaxy and Pixel watches.

  • Garmin Connect charts your glucose afterwards
  • Live for one, two or four hours

Strava and nights

On your Strava posts and against your sleep.

Each Strava activity gets a glucose block with time in range, average, minimum and maximum. Each night, your sleep stages from your watch or ring sit next to your overnight curve.

Connect your Medtrum

An EasyFollow login, and you are in.

Ando signs in to EasyFollow, Medtrum’s app for followers, and reads your readings from there.

  1. Set up EasyFollow

In your Medtrum app (EasyPatch), turn on data sharing and invite an EasyFollow follower. You can use your own email, then accept in the EasyFollow app.

  2. Check your readings

Open EasyFollow and make sure your current readings show up there.

  3. Sign in to Ando

Choose Medtrum and sign in with the same EasyFollow email and password. Pick France for French accounts, Europe or other for the rest.

Type your password carefully

Medtrum locks an account after a few wrong passwords, so Ando never retries a failed sign-in on its own. If it doesn’t work, check the password in the EasyFollow app first. If EasyFollow signs in but no sensor is shared with it, Ando tells you so: turn on sharing in your Medtrum app, then try again.

Questions people ask

Which Medtrum sensors work with Ando?

The Medtrum TouchCare Nano, through EasyFollow. If your readings show in the EasyFollow app, Ando can read them.

Which login does Ando need?

Your EasyFollow login: the follower account that sees your readings. Not the login of your main Medtrum app.

Ando says no monitor is shared. What does it mean?

Your EasyFollow account signed in, but no sensor is shared with it yet. Turn on data sharing in your Medtrum app and accept the EasyFollow invitation, then connect again.

Can I see my Medtrum glucose on a Garmin?

Is Ando made by Medtrum?
